If you have ordered a book that arrives damaged, please return the order complete with packaging to us within seven days of receipt to The History Press, 119 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Once we have received the damaged order we will send out the replacement order or if required issue a full refund including the cost of delivery.
If you have received an incorrect book due to a processing error on our part please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt of the order to 119 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Please contact us to let us know if you would prefer us to send the item originally ordered out to you or issue you a full refund for the item. We will send the replacement or issue a refund as soon as we receive the item back from you.
'Cooling off' period
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
If you have changed your mind, please contact us within seven working days from receipt of the order. Please return the item with all packaging to 119 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Once we have received the book in saleable condition we will issue a full refund less any delivery charges. If you have received free delivery and return the entire order we reserve the right to claim back the delivery charges.
